Welcome to Velochron (the "Service"). By accessing, registering, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Scope: These Terms apply to the website, iOS app, and related API capabilities. Features may vary by region, device, network conditions, and plan policy.
2. Eligibility: You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. The Service is not directed at children under 16. If you are under legal age in your jurisdiction, guardian consent is required.
3. Account and Security: Accounts may be linked with device identifiers for authentication, anti-abuse, and trial control. You are responsible for credentials and token security.
4. Trial, Subscription, and Billing: Trial eligibility, duration, expiry time, traffic allowance, throttling policy, and plan benefits are determined by the plan displayed in the app and App Store checkout. You must ensure your payment method and account information are valid.
5. Apple App Store Subscriptions: Payments for App Store subscriptions are processed by Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew within 24 hours before expiry. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. After cancellation, the current subscription period remains active until expiry.
6. Refunds: Mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law or distribution channels (such as the App Store) prevail. Other cases follow published platform policy.
7. Acceptable Use: You must not use the Service for unlawful activities, abuse, intrusion, fraud, malware distribution, spam traffic, or infringement of third-party rights.
8. Availability and Maintenance: We may perform maintenance, upgrades, incident handling, and emergency changes. Availability is affected by third-party infrastructure and force majeure.
9. Suspension and Termination: We may limit, suspend, or terminate access without prior notice when abuse, security risks, fraud, or policy violations are detected.
10. Intellectual Property: Software, APIs, documentation, branding, and related content are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.
11. Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
13. Third-Party Platform Terms: If you download the app via Apple App Store, Apple's Standard EULA applies in addition to these Terms, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
14. Updates: We may revise these Terms for business, compliance, or security reasons. Continued use after publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
